This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the proanalytics.academy website and its subdomains may collect about the User while using the Website.
1. Definitions

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. Website Administration (hereinafter – Administration) – persons who manage the website, organize and process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations performed with personal data.

1.1.2. Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

1.1.3. Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. Confidentiality of Personal Data – a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or another person who has access to personal data not to disclose them without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal basis.

1.1.5. Website User – a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the website proanalytics.academy and its subdomains.

1.1.6. Website – a set of web pages accessed via a web browser and software modules integrated into a single content management system, located on the internet at the address proanalytics.academy and all its subdomains.

1.1.7. Cookies – a piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser repeatedly sends to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the relevant site.

1.1.8. IP Address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The User's use of the website constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.

2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must cease using the website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this Website. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click links available on the Website.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the Website User.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User is required to provide to the Administration when filling out forms on the Website.

3.2. Personal data allowed for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy, provided by the User by filling out registration forms on the Website,including the following information:

3.2.1. User's full name;

3.2.2. Email address;

3.2.3. User's contact telephone number;

3.2.4. The company in which the User holds a position or which they represent;

3.2.5. IP address.

3.3. The Website Administration protects data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks (if any) and when visiting pages that have a statistical script system (“pixel”) installed.

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may cause parts of the Site to be inaccessible or function improperly.

3.3.2. The Website Administration collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical problems and to ensure the legality of financial transactions.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (payment histories, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except as provided in sub-paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purposes of collecting user's personal information

4.1. The User's personal data is used by the Administration for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the site for order processing and/or entering into a service agreement.

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the site.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.

4.1.4. Confirming the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the User.

4.1.5. Creating an account to make requests on the site, if the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.6. Notifying the Site User about the status of the Application

4.1.7. Processing and receiving payments.

4.1.8. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems related to the use of the Site arise

4.1.9. Providing the User with special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Site Administration or on behalf of proanalytics.academy partners.

5. Methods and terms of personal information processing

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Website.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. In the event of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Website Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, and distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

5.6. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent damages or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The User is obligated:

6.1.1. To provide information about personal data necessary to use the Website.

6.1.2. To update and supplement the provided information about personal data if this information changes.

6.2. The Website Administration is obligated to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the information, not disclose it without prior written consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the transferred personal data of the User by any other means, except as provided in sub-paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User upon request or inquiry from the User or their legal representative, or an authorized body protecting the rights of personal data subjects for the duration of the investigation, in case of detecting inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

6.3. The User has the right to:

6.3.1. Request access to their personal data. This allows receiving a copy of the personal data stored by the Website Administration and to verify that the Administration processes them on lawful grounds..

6.3.2. Request correction of the personal data that the Administration stores about the User. This allows for the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data stored, although the Administration may need to verify the accuracy of the new data provided.

6.3.3. Request the deletion of personal data. This allows the User to ask the Administration to delete personal data if the Administration has no legitimate reasons to continue processing them.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. If the Administration fails to fulfill its obligations, it is liable for documented losses incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of personal data, according to the legislation of Ukraine, except as provided by paragraphs 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not liable if the confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its acquisition by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relations between the Website User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute or a written claim with a substantiation of the claims and establishing a causal link between the Administration's actions and the negative consequences for the User.

8.2. The recipient of the claim must, within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the claim, inform the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute may be submitted to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationships between the User and the Website Administration are subject to the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. Additional conditions

9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
